Anybody who knows me knows that I would never do such a horrible thing. This seems to be a resident who was unable to follow community polices and is now disgruntled that I had to have a conversation with them. If they had bothered to use their real name and not be anonymous I would be better able to stand up for myself and my office. We strongly feel that we manage the friendliest office in town and we work hard to make our residents happy. There will always be the resident who chooses not to follow the rules and does not like being called on it.
