I've recenting moved into Crest Place. Office staff is very friendly and is willing to answer any questions you have for them. Organization is a little lacking, could be because they are very busy. But still they seem so far to be an excellent group of people.
1 big complaint is the lack of grass in some area's of the apartment. Mostly near the patio's to the apartments facing the creek. Seems like the staff has just laid down sand...'
Another complaint is the lack of parking. You have to get home early to even park anywhere near your apartment building.
Noise level is moderate. Ive heard very very loud rap music at 2am two nites in a row for about 5mins each. Then another nite ive heard a couple screaming at the top of their lungs YOU MOTHER F*&^ for about 5mins then, them scream past my patio at eachother.
Other than your normal apartment drama its been great. One huge improvement would be to place grass in there area's where they put sand and PLEASE SWEEP THE AREA'S INBETWEEN THE APARTMENTS.
