I have lived here for 2 years now and it is quickly changing for the worse. First, there is loud music played outside, kids outside yelling and screaming till late hours, and I have the priviledge of hearing the kids above me being yelled at nightly by their mother while they are screaming at the top of their lungs. Second, they put money into the painting of the handrails while our "security" gates have been broken for months and now the "security" gate going into the mail area is broken. There is no security at this complex what so ever. Things are falling apart quickly and nobody repairs anything. Kids throw rocks from the playgroud down your hallway so you end up tracking them into your apartment. And feel lucky if you dont get a note on your door stating you owe money when in reality you owe nothing! Residents put their trash out the night before and then the cats get into it and spread the trash and beer bottles all over the lawn (atleast that covers the dog poo). When I first moved in this was a really nice and quiet place to live, however that is not the case anymore. The girls in the office are as nice as can be, they just get nothing done! This place is a joke and I would not recommend it. I will be moving as soon as my lease is up!
