i dont personally live here, but i have multiple friends who do. one of which i hang out with every day. literally. ive spend the night there, ive been there any time of the day. ive walked around the playground and ive used the pool.

all these complaints dont make sense. maybe the one about the kid could be true but then maybe you need to evaluate when your child should be by himself or not, at the age of just 6 no less...

everytinme my friends had a complaint to management, they fix it. in fact, people complained about us leaving cigarette butts in front of our door area so we cleaned them up and stopped putting them there. obviously whoever had a problem with it got it taken care of, and thats not even a typical maintenence issue. the apartments are really really nice and ive never felt unsafe or had an issue.

one thing to note though, this place does have a bug problem. luckily, ive never seen them in thr apartment, so its not really a big deal, but if you face the creek, be ready to have the weirdest swamp creature bugs land on your balcony all the time. oh, and there tend to be wasp problems a lot but management takes care of that when you tell them, its just the little turds come back.

honestly, people are just dumb apparently. which sucks because i want to know a good place and a bad place, but i have a feeling i cant trust most of these entries for when i start looking for an apartment.

I was wondering if you know anybody that lives in a 2 bedroom on the 3rd floor. We are thinking about moving into one and wanted to see what the electric bills are like. Thanks so much!
