Overall this place is a 'you get what you pay for' type property. I lived there 2 yrs out of financial nessecity and yeah I had a few issues with that dumb people who used to run the office (specifically the two women) the maintenance guy was pretty good. although he was like, the only one! this property is dangerous at night but who really walks around a 2 am. This generally is not a wonderful place to live but for the price it was worth it to me.
