We have lived here since Oct. 2006; it was a quite place when we came to look back in Oct. Since then we have had nothing but trouble, issues with the management and neighbors.

The management does not care about your complaints or the residents, they don t even really care about who they let move in here. It is full of drunks, it s dirty and they recently raised their rates (to a rate that is too high for them not to be offering any amenities).

I got a new car shortly after we moved here and then someone in the parking lot hit it and they did not even say anything. I m sure they were either drunk or had no insurance, and do you think that the management here did anything to help the situation, NO'

We had to make a lot of complaints in order to get maintenance here to fix things, not to mention that the apartment was not even ready when we moved in. They did not replace the carpet, we moved in and they had only cleaned the carpet when it was obvious it needed to be replaced, there were holes in it and burn marks along with many stains.

Then there are all the issues with the neighbors and making noise

What ever happened to parents actually parenting their children, giving them instructions and teaching them right from wrong or even teaching them about manners and being courteous to others around them.

I live in an apartment complex; one that is very small with no amenities (no pool and no playground for these kids) and that is what drives me nuts. The parents of these children DO NOT teach them manners or what is right from wrong. They allow their children to peep into the windows of their neighbors and to stand right outside a neighbor s front door and make all kinds of ruckus.

I find this absolutely insane; they have no courtesy for the neighbors around them in this complex. The way that I see this is, my front door area is a walk way not a ------- play ground for 10 or more children, my windows are not the pet store window for looking either.

I understand that kids need to play but what ever happened to taking your kids to the park, the parents could at least do that. At least teach them that it s NOT OK to look into other people s windows and that it s NOT OK to congregate in the front of a neighbor s front door to play.

We work at night and sleep during the day when all this noise is taking place so you can imagine how pissed I am when I get awoken from these people and their kids. I have asked nicely and I have been down right rude. The parents don t speak English and the kids don t listen, they just say ok and then keep standing there looking at you.

I called the complex management and they said that there was nothing they could do about it. She also said they could not ask the parents to keep leashes on their children. If that is the case does that mean that I can borrow a child from my family at ------- 4am and let them play around their front door and peep into their windows when they are sleeping'

This is like the 3rd or 6th complaint about the same kids that I have made. Is there not something that can be done about this many complaints for the same thing against the same people' In my last complex if you got 3 complaints against you for the same thing every time then you were fined and then if it happened again you could be evicted, that actually was in the lease agreement. It worked, it kept the noise volume down because people did not want to be fined and if they did get fined already they did not do it again for fear of being evicted.

One of the parents here said, that it was there constitutional right, I wonder if she was just stupid when she said that. Where in the constitution does it say that we have the right to let our children run around like wild monkeys being loud, disturbing the peace and peeping into windows'

The parking sucks
The noise level, well its pretty bad when you here your neighbors flush the toilet or take a shower
The grounds are trashy, could use a revamp...
The safety, what safety, it is bad, people coming and going at all hours, drunks well I tell you this much, when I leave for work at night about 1am there about 3 allen cops patroling the area...
This place just sucks all together I would not recommend living here at all, go pay about 100 to 150 dollars more and live in a better, safer, quite place...

As soon as I get the chance I will add photos of this place so you can see what Im talking about....

This is not a true statement.I lived at Dove Hollow for over a year and was very happy. The chidren do get a little noisey at times.While the property does not have ammenties such pool or play ground it is a nice place to live for a decent price.
