Rafts, alcohol, fun not allowed at the pool. Gates always broken and slow to be fixed. Office staff rude and uncaring unless you do not live here. They will tell you there is no money in the budget for normal community activities. VERY thin walls. VERY high utility bills. Weight room equipment broken and unrepaired. I am glad that alcohol is not allowed. I have children and if I do decide to live here I do not want to have a lot of "drunks" hanging out and getting sloshed by my kids. The utility bill is only as high as you allow it to be. Maybe you should conserve!!!!! I took a tour of this property yesterday and the tech was there fixing the broken equipment and he explained it had to be sent off so its not their fault! I wont be listening to the so called residents. You make your living experience what it is. Maybe you should try being a little nicer and they might not come off as being rude. I am sure they just want to help.

Glas is not allow in the pool area good reason too. Plastic alcohol bevs. ok but i have yet to see drunks. and we do have an annual party at the pool.

no alcohol...thats rough. lookinatapts makes it seem that anyone who has an alcoholic beverage is an alcoholic. which we all no is not true. from the reviews I have read i think im gonna look somewhere else. Thanks.
