Worst Apartment in HISTORY!!

This is by far the worst apartment complex that I have ever lived in. The staff is super friendly when you are looking to rent, but as soon as you do they change like a black widow. As a tenant, they will be rude, mock you, and are so unfriendly it's absurd.
1 month into my lease our bathtub started leaking. It was to the point that it would soak the closet's carpet and leave a pool of water on the bathroom floor. I had to notify them 4 times that it was leaking. They would come and "seal" the tub, but it would continue to leak. I was convinced there was a leak behind the tile.
After 3 more months it continued to leak whenever you took a bath. It was so bad that mold started growing on the closet wall and the baseboards in the bathroom were rotting and turning a dark brown (there were originally white). After sending them a letter threatening to notify the county they came out and PAINTED OVER the baseboards thinking this would help' They cleaned the mold off the closet with bleach leaving a stain on the wall.
We finally had to call the Sentinel VP in New York to get something done.
Another problem we had is the first time we vacuumed the carpet by the front door got sucked into the vacuum and ripped up. They solved this problem by taping it down which looked like crap. After further inspection I noticed that whoever laid the carpet never stretched and tacked it by the baseboards. There was a 1/2 inch space between where the carpet ended and the baseboard where you could see the concrete.
These are suppose to be luxury apartments folks... Stay away and find a better complex...

HAHAHAHA! IN HISTORY? WOW! NO apartment complex is perfect, please let me know when you DO find one! I bet you won't come on this website to brag about it! This website is for people to just gripe about all the bad... what about the good things this place does for you???? HUH? Yea, nobaody wants to brag about that! I hope you do your job perfectly!
