Overall, I would not recommend this apartment complex. They nickel and dime you in a ridiculous way. Upon move-out, they try to find every single little thing that you might have done and charge you for it. Be sure to write EVERYTHING down if you do move to this place so that you will not have to pay for it. Even if it is tiny, write it down. Instead of this complex, try Benton Point or Auberry at Twin Creeks (both are next door). I have friends that have lived in both and they had no problems.
