The staff is focused only on new leases, and is extremely unhelpful with any requests made after a lease.
They are short, and even rude, and primarily care about you submitting your rent check.
I understand the business side of things, and why this is important, but the current Lansbrook staff (as of May 26th, 2009), has been extremely rude and short with me after some very simple questions were asked about my apartment.

I am VERY surprised to see this on here. I have lived here for almost a year now and I actually just gave one of the staff a gift because of her continuous kindness. The other staff has been extremely kind to myself and my son as well. I am relocating out of town for my job and unfortunately have to move, but I think that the majority of the people that I have talked to that live here are super happy. So, this person that posted this must have been rude to them initially.

The staff at Lansbrook is great. They are very hard working ?? this is a great place to live. I don't think you could ask for more when it comes to living in an apartment. The office manager and staff are very friendly and the maintenance response is wonderful as well. There is always someone that is difficult to please or has issues that are abnormal. I definitely recommend Lansbrook for mature individuals that enjoy living in a nice community. Partiers be ware ?? this is not the place for you!
