Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
 
Noisy dishwasher and heating and cooling unit. Have to turn up the tv to hear it, or go into the bedroom and shut the door to talk on the phone. There is only a fraction of the parking spaces needed for the number of apartments, even with covered parking that you have to pay for. There are no ammenities other than the pool. For the price, I can go across town and get a lot more for the money.
