Pretty sad when residents are faced with a $100 fine for not cleaning up after their pets, but the assistant manager's mom can walk her little dog and let it go all over the place and not pick it up.

And just so you know, the cops have been to the complex every day this week. Four cops cars and a K9 unit just left. TGIF!
