I couldn't wait to leave here. These apartments, for as new as they are, are run horribly by the most inconsiderate staff. They will be trash in a few short years. Do not rent here if you can afford to look somewhere else, I advise you, go, quickly. (Auberry is a beautiful new complex with the nicest people, I am going to be very happy here!) The office staff at Maple Trails makes you feel as if they are doing you a favor by eventually (and I mean by months for some things) getting around to handling your routine issues. The assistant manager is a more than a little rude for being such a ----- woman. And ------, a first class -----. They will try and charge you for everything that needs repairing, and even then, they don't get around to it in a timely manner. There is plenty of crime here, the police are always down in the woods along the creek with flashlights at midnight. Kids vandalize the woods leading to the high school as well. I witnessed a ----- man (NOT kid) dumping a shopping cart from Big Lots in the woods by the school. What does that tell you about people that live here' The laundry room is always trashed and dirty, I don't feel very safe going up there. I always went off premises. It's also impossible to make it out of the parking lot in the mornings to get to work, the traffic on Greenville is too heavy. The pool area has nothing special, some old chairs and that's it. It's dingy looking and impersonal, the parking is a nightmare, the walls are thin and the noise is annoying from both the neighbors and the dishwashers. There are no facilities for children, so they hang out in the parking lots, at all hours. You can't even get cable here! Run, fast, and don't look back.

I sure am glad you aren't my neighbor. You sound like a mean, hateful person who I certainly wouldn't want to be around. I would say you sounded like a six year old, but even most six year olds know better. This site is to let people know how you rate your apartment, not so you can use you bullying skills. After reading your response, I wouldn't take anything you have said about these apartments with a grain of salt. I think your user name says it all.

To the person that commented using the very vulgar username on 11/14/2006, how can you comment on what a person looks like or wears or if they are classy or not? First what a person wears or regardless of their weight has nothing to do with job performance, I would really like to see what you look like. I agree with the comment on 5/22/2007 think your user name says everything about you!
