I live at Maple Trail's with my family and we love it. We have been here a year and have just resigned our lease for another year. The apartment staff is very friendly and helpful, matinance is always quick to respond to calls. The neighbors are friendly. This is a very kid friendly place, the kids all love to play in the court yard after school. The apartments are centrally located near the high school, blockbuster, and shopping center which includes a grocery store, dollar store, big lots, and restraunts. This is a great place to live and we plan to live here until we can afford to buy a house.

This is not a kid friendly complex. There is no where for them to play. What courtyard are you talking about? The big patch of grass on the Greenville side of the apartments? How can the kids play there when it is covered in dog poop? There are many unattended kids here who just hang out on the stairs or in the pool. No parents....ever. The staff here is very lazy. When we had a fire in the complex a few months ago, Rhonda and Brittney never even left the office to see what was going on. Freddy works way too hard and I keep hoping they will get him some help. It takes awhile to get anything fixed here but when you have just the one guy, you have to be understanding.

This apartment complex has never advertised it had a play area for children. Unattended kids-call CPS, it's not the responsibility of the staff to babysit, I have personally seen them run kids out of the pool if they are underage with no parental supervision. I guess the fire you are referring to is when the stack of firewood caught on fire on a patio, it was Rhonda and Freddy that put it out before the fire department got there. I'm not sure where you live because Freddy has an assistant that has worked there for over a year, and yes Freddy does most of the work orders but they originate from the office so they can't be too lazy if he's working too hard.
