I have lived here for quite some time..ever sense Rhonda left everything has gone to crap. I watched once when the bug guy came because that is my personal items in my home that I pay for.The apartment complex people choose who to send into your home, they don't escort them either, he was in my apartment for maybe 5 minutes, you cant tell me that he sprayed the home. I had fire ants in my apartment, I had to take care of that problem myself, to this day, the apartment complex has done nothing about the ants or the damage they caused. The Pool is an ammenity, lol, yah right!! Check the rules for the pool area before you rent, as they have changed from last year. They watch everything you do while you are there. People here, that live here, don't even want to go because of the "new" rules that they once claimed were "city ordiance rules." If they are "city ordiance rules," then how are you able to change them'' Exactly!! They change the rules to comfort themselves..and the new "security guard" that they hired actually patrolls "Maple Trails" and anyone crossing the road, a wanna be police officer...before you rent here, check other places..I'm not just a pissed off renter either, I'm a renter that is tired of paying high dollar rent and for what'' Example: when I got home today, there was a letter in my door from "Maple Trails" revising their "NEW' rules...It's Friday, the beginnin of the weekend for some of us..my kids and I got ready and went to the pool...when we got there, there was a "note posted" that the "POOL CLOSED" because of pool treatment!!!okay...number 1: they stuck "rules" in door, but nothing notifyin us of the pool being closed, number 2: why not do that during the week..(did i also mention that they don't keep the pool clean to begin with'' a pool like this one should be cleaned daily, I think renters "deserve" that!!
The rent may seem cheaper than other places, sometimes you gotta pay a little bit more for a little peace and mind!!!!!!!
Let me also add that neighbors are very loud and you can hear everything..I wake up to a woman's car radio at 6:30am and to bed every night at midnight..Nothing has yet to be done about that.
There are mice and rats that also run about the property..Up until about three to four months ago, I didnt even realize that we had a outside light until someone else asked about it being replaced...There is covered parking that you do have to pay for..during the school year, kids from the school come here and take the "free parking" that is avaiable, and nothing ever gets said or done about that..
Done my laundry at the "on site" area..people come there, leave their laundry for hours, there is only 8 washers, 8 dryers. Renters leave them nasty..or they dont work!! Everything breaks but, when you don't know, you don't know...No notices or nothing...When you use the dryers, the more quarters you put in, in the beginnin, the cheaper it is...Imagine putting in quarters, you leave, go the pool while your clothes dry, come back, your clothes still wet...lol..sorry..I went and got my own washer and dryer, it was cheaper....CHECK OUT THE AMMINITENTIES...THEY MAY SOOUND GOOD, CHEAPER, THERE NOT!!!
