Fair trade-off... From: CalienteChica Date posted: 6/12/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   1) If noise bothers you, get a 3rd floor, and stay AWAY from the pool. Yes, it's pretty to look at, but your inconsiderate neighbors (yes, you morons that can't tell time and think you're really funny when your drunk at the pool...) have no problem keeping you up all night. 2) Put the Allen Police Department on speed dial, and forget the 'courtesy officer'. Trust me on this one ;-) 3) Helluva a lot of space for the money. Great location, generally quiet during the winter... 4) Yay! The hottub was broken for my last four months! Hot damn! Woo hooo!!! LOL 5) Parking sucketh. Nuff said. Buy 2 spots, and be tow-happy. 6) Office girls were always nice. But then again, if you start out being human, you get treated in kind... 7) Maintenance issues' I fixed my own commode. Just made sense. 8) Kinda raked me over on the move out fees, but ---- happens. Was suprised to find ants in my sunroom, however, and get charged for them. Hello, ants as pets'' C'mon! 9) Heat/cooling issues in Bluebonnet master bedroom. Never got cool. Ever. Buy a fan. And get ready for some hefty CoServ bills. :( So, yeah, lived in better, and FAR worse. For the $, I'd recommend the place. Lots of bang for my buck.
