If you look at most of the complaints on this website, look at how most of them are personal problems that could have two sides of the coin. I personally think management is great to deal with. They take care of you immediately. Just remember to treat others how you want to be treated. If you call up there ranting and raving after not even introducing yourself to the people, that's the only thing they will know about you. Ugliness gets no where.

Secondly, yes, some stuff doesn't work at times (like lighting and gates are the only thing I have noticed). Imagine you are one of the two maintainence people who work there with 25 complaints a day. How much would you get done in one day of 100 degrees'

The rent when we moved in was extremely low. Remember lower rent=lower class. You can't expect perfection out of anyone. That's the truth.

It's an apartment complex. You will hear your neighbors, nothing will be perfect, and you can't expect perfection either. They are all the same regardless of what kind of rent you pay because people in general just don't care anymore.

I highly recommend it because management and maintainence are on top of things, courtesy is extended, and they do care. If the tenants would start caring, we would have a perfect complex.
