I have lived at Settler's Gate for 3 years and although from time to time an issue comes up, this will happen any where you live. I am in the office quite often to pick up packages and such and have never met a sweeter group of staff members. I certainly don't know anything about the Courtesy Officers personal life (which doesn't matter to me) but I do know that each time I have needed his help after hours he responds immediately. My maintenance items are always done very quickly and I really enjoy all the extras that the staff offer such as breakfasts and little parties. It is always nice to get to know your neighbors and I can tell you I attend the Breakfast every month and have never heard such horrible talk from anyone.
