criminals posing as managers..... From: sparkycjg78@yahoo.com Date posted: 8/23/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   We recently lived at Settlers Gate for 18 months. Then, we bought a house. They told us we could be out a month early on our lease, then we changed our mind and wanted to stay the last month to finish out lease out and we were told that it was not possible! Now we are being charged late rent for 1 month, new carpet that was crappy when we moved in, and they even had the nerve to charge us a cleaning charge when we left the apartment cleaner than when we moved in!!! I would not refer this place to my worst enemy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
