I have been living here for the last one year and seen the management change a few times. The present management is rude and do not even entertain simple requests as renewing our lease. We have always paid our rent on time so that was not a problem but had to deal with an overpriced water bill for which they had no explaination. This was the month when we were out most of the times. Then later they did not send us a bill for one month. The maintainance is good, there are people who also worked with the previous management. It is a good place to stay but people need to change their staff especially the manager. Also price wise they need to offer good deals.
