I have lived here since 4/23/2006 and it has been a problem ever since. My apartment was not made ready for me to move in when I told them that I was moving in OVER a month before. It was not painted, the carpet was not cleaned, there were cracks in the windows, etc. I filled out FOUR maintenance requests and am just now getting things fixed that should have been fixed before I moved in. I have a covered parking spot (because I came in one night after school at 10:30pm and there was not ONE SPOT open in the entire complex that was not covered) and someone has been parked in my covered spot for the last two days. They said that they have to leave a notice on the car before they are allowed to tow it. There was not a notice put on the car all day today. Overall, I am happy with the look of my apartment and rental space for the money, but I am very unhappy with the maintenance situation and the overall disorganization with the office staff. If you have to call the office, try to get your maintenance work done by Fernando.. he seems to be the only one who knows what he is doing up there. I would not recommend living here to a single person!
