Applied for a unit was denied. No big deal. Wrote two checks. One for application fee the other for a deposit. Was denied so obviouly the app fee would still apply but they took my 250 down payment (overdrafted my account) Then said I would have to call corporate to be issued a refund. The most rude people I have ever dealt with.
