I moved to this complex thinking it was a luxory apartment. It was close to job and nice community. Nothing but problems from the time we moved in. Maintenance issues are ongoing, never repaired completely.. temporary fix then same issue within weeks.
Manangement is very rude.
Had issue where son was choked by another tenant upon property. Took issue to office and was advised per manager he say she say, if police doesnt act we wont act on it.. weeks later took letter to office of charges from District Atty office against other party.. Management still never acted. Asked to break lease for safety of family concerns and was denied, was advised can leave anytime but would be charged all fees.
Parking is another issue. Even if you pay for parking stalls office never has adequate records to know what stalls are rented or not.
