I lived here for only 8 months and about to move out soon, thank god. I have lived in apt's for most my life and this was the worst experience ever. The staff seems friendly, nice, and attentive ofcourse at first glance when they are giving you papers to sign for the lease and they show you a nice model of what your apt will look like and afterwards its down hill.

** it may appear that there is ample parking space but on the weekends its very very hard and might be lucky to find a parking spot. i had to wait a couple of times outside for someone to get out of a space.

** the place seemed safe to me because it was nice but actually i had many problems with theft and vandalism. It was dark in the corner where my apt was located making it easy for people to vandalize my car. i woke up one morning to my bumber being smashed in, my tail light busted, and my tires flattened. Ofcourse the staff was unable to do anything because as they told me whats on the lease is, they cannot be held liable for any damages done to resident property eventhough it is my belief that they should be responsible for a secure and safe atmosphere. My apt was broken into twice. i had some things stolen, the window in my room was smashed, and the place torn apart. The rude manager told me she could do nothing for me but to call the police.

** the actual structure itself is not that great i lived downstairs and the insulation was horrible. i could hear my neighbor upstairs walking all the time. it sounded like someone was banging something hard on the ground everytime.

**maintenance was horrible. well the people were nice i have to say and easy to work with or talk to but tm. will be the 6th time they come to fix my toilet. it took them a while to get someone to fix the fire alarm twice that kept falling because of what sounded like stomping upstairs which knocked it down.

** the office staff is the worst staff i have ever had to deal with. there were actually one or two that were actually helpful,nice, and courteous to me but the manager and the higher up ones were just rude, not helpful at all, and when it came to service or problems they had a too bad so sad attitude about it. They have a phone number you can call to leave a message to the staff for billing or maintenance and i have to tell you the thing is pointless. i would call to leave messages for problems in my apt and it would take them weeks before anything was done i would call to ask for the manager and i repeatedly had to call to get her to talk to me, she would rarely call back or take forever to respond, and was rude when she did. it took them 3 weeks to take care of an ant infestation in my apt. they only spray once a week and it took them 3 weeks to even get started with that. i had to personally do it myself several nights and stay up and spray all over the walls, floor, and on my clothes. there were 100's of ants on my bed, along the wall, in my closet, all over my clothes and electronics in my bedroom and they were coming from outside through my window eventhough it was shut. The service is very very bad and be prepaired to speak to people that sound like they hate thier jobs because they give you attitude about having to repeatedly remind them of apt issues. I had to chase them to help me instead of them want to help me and get back to me when i needed help.

** this place looks very nice and for the price i saw i had to pay each month i expected so much better than my other apt's. but it ended up being the worst experience ever. i definately do not recommend this place to anyone.
