Save yourself the headache

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
We lived there for 3 years. then we bought a house, so we needed additional two months, and we made a deal with one of the leasing agent to pay the full price for the apt without additional fees.
The first bill came and it was ok, but two day later i got a letter form management about additional fees, I talked to them but they were very rude, threaten me with evection notices. I did not know where to go; no one will rent us an apt for 2 month.
So I paid the fee hoping it will be the end of it, but they took my deposit and charge me so much money for the carpet even I left very clean.
So, save yourself the headache.
