I moved here from Virginia, I saw the outside and was sold. The show apartment was nice. (becuase it has never been lived in) Curb appeal was great until I got my keys and went inside. Dirty carpets, linoleum floors which are scratched, walls which have been painted over several times, cabinets doors which are not mounted properly. The single pain windows will keep your electric bill very high. You can wrap garbage in a pretty package and give to your best friend on their birthday, problem is would they be your best anymore. My advice stay away.
