If you want to be able to pay your rent and be able to work at the same time, dont count on living here. They block off the night drop box and you have to hand deliver your rent to them. If you actually work and have a job this makes it complicated. Dont even think about talking to the new witch manager SHANDRA bc you will be belittled and embarrassed in front of the staff, and she will answer your questions with a smart ass question. If I worked for Sherman residential I would be very very very ASHAMED that I had this girl working for me. I do have to say that johnnie is the only kind hearted and professional staff member they have working in the leasing office. HE SHOULD BE MANAGER...not her..lets see how many residents they lose now due to the level of unprofessionalism and all over tackiness of their new team member!!!!!!!

Don't believe ANY post that says how sweet JOHNNY is. I "PROMISE" you it's probably Johnny himself trying to write some positive things about himself. HE SUCKS!!! HE'S RUDE!! HE ISN'T QUALIFIED TO PUSH A BROOM!!! They also blocked off the rent box so you have to bring your rent in person!! Yeah, that makes sense. PEOPLE DON'T WORK, RIGHT?? That is the STUPIDEST thing EVER!!! NO apartment complex does that. Must have been Johnny's idea because no one else is stupid enough to think of something as STUPID as that!
