If you like to pay your rent early and never late don't fear you will still get an eviction notice because they don't know how to add. You will have to show them proof you paid it because Carmen Suggs (Regional Vice President) only cares about your $$money$$. We tried to Transfer to a bigger apartment and sign a much longer lease; not only did they mess up twice, because the apartments were not really available. When we confronted Carmen, she told us that this is the name of the game when you rent, if you don't like it then buy.
All of the management were rude, did not know what apartments were really available and proved to be unable to perform basic math. This property would not be that bad if all the management was replaced with people who cared about their renter's. The management at Settle's Gate are basically a bunch of conartist. They know that there is nothing we can really do to hurt their business so they don't care to treat people like human beings once they sign their lease.
So PLEASE trust us, Allen has a lot of nice places to live, this just does not happen to be one of them. When our lease ends we will never look back. Believe every bad review that is out there for this place and any good ones ..... Carmen Suggs probably wrote. If you decided to come here anyway rest assure you will find out what all of these reviews are all about.
