I recently moved into a home, 2 weeks ago, and was at Settlers for one year. The first 6 months were not any fun because of a problem upstairs neighbor that we reported weekly. The new management, however, came in and had the problem resolved immediately. There are wonderful updates to the grounds and I was very impressed with the quick clean up from the bad storm we had a few weeks ago. As long as this staff continues to run things, I believe you will have a nice experience living here.
