So far, so good. The people in the office are nice and helpful. The place always looks nice. They really do a lot to make people feel like a community (movie nights, etc). I've had two maintenance issues and have been completely satisfied with the response both times. I love the neighborhood that this is in, too. GREAT SCHOOL for elementary kids.
