HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

I dont even know where to start. I am so frustrated and upset at the service I have received from the management team at the Heights and I have not even lived there ONE FULL DAY!!! There has been only one person in the office to be helpful out of five I believe, so hopefully if you go there you will luck out with her! I leased the apartment within 10 mins of walking into the door, a leasing persons dream, beautiful kitchen and layout, but a few things still needed to be done in the apartment. My move in date would be in two days. The next day I brought my husband and family to take a look at it and still nothing had been done. No big deal, it was not my date to move in yet. I asked if it was possible to take the apartment "as is" but the girl in the office said no we dont allow that if the apartment is not fully ready. Ok fine, we would just move in the next day as planned. I told her that afternoon that I would be back in the morning and she said the cleaning lady would be there at 7 am. My husband also asked to please make sure the carpet was cleaned because there were some visible stains. Response was of course! I came in at 11 am on my move date (much later than I told them I would be there) signed my lease with the only helpful person and got my keys and went to my apartment. When I walked in NOTHING was different from the previous two days I had seen it! I was furious! How can you tell someone they can not move in early because it is not ready and then it look EXACTLY the same when they give you the keys on your move in day!'!' WOW! If that doesnt scream horrible customer service I dont know what does! Stains still on the carpet, cob webs behind the front door, dust on in the kitchen, light bulbs out in the kitchen, WASHER AND DRYER STILL IN THE UNIT (they knew I was using my own), and someones hair in the corner of a wall!!! I went up to the office to notify them and I got several smerks on faces. Instead of a manager coming to walk the apartment with me they send a MAINTENENCE MAN hmm obviously HE couldnt get the job done the FIRST time so why would HE be walking it with me!'!' Finally one of the office girls comes to the apartment going on and on with excuses of why these things were not done. Half appoligizing, and telling me I could get out of my lease if I wanted to, WOW how nice of her. So to sum it all up I have lived in apartments a long time and this was the most horrible experience I have ever had! Someone posted previously about the staff being arrogant and they are EXACTLY right! It's very obvious to me now that the product sells itself, but if you are expecting any kind of customer service dont hold your breath. Oh and parking at night is terrible if you dont have your own spot, which you can't because they are all taken! I wanted to add one more thing. I got a phone call this morning from the leasing person asking me about my renters insurance and my husband signing the lease, and I didnt get a slight sorry for everything yesterday or did everything get taken care of' NOTHING, other than we need that stuff now! Geez, am I asking for too much, I guess a simple sorry is just too much!

Oh my....You found a hair on the wall??? How horrible! Honey, You should have packed back up and bought a home if you wanted it perfect. You should know that no apartment you will ever live in will live up to YOUR standards.

What a shame. I actually work for the company and urge you to read all other reviews on The Heights at Allen Station. This particular individual works at another apartment community down the street (who we will not reveal) and moved to The Heights at Allen Station because she desired "more" out of her living environment. We will take the high road on this particular review and suggest you read all other reviews before taking this one as "gospel". She is correct; we do require renter's insurance and is also correct that we require both parties who leased the apartment to sign the lease. As you can see, the apartment was leased at the end of the week. Under normal circumstances, we do not allow move in's on the weekend only because it is difficult to assign outside contractors to "polish up" the apartment on Saturday's and Sunday's. We were trying to accommodate her family's needs in bending a rule and apparently it did not make the customer happy. The residents of The Heights at Allen Station love this community ... plain and simple. Please feel free to read all other reviews or if you are moving to Allen from out of state, feel free to call our office and inquire for references. We will be happy to accommodate anyway possible.

She said a ball of hair, among other things that you seem to have forgotten (?) to mention. And why the sarcasim? Very immature. I believe her. You just proved it.

wow! First off thank you to the last post I'm glad you got my point. Second thank you to whoever wrote the other posts from the office staff for proving to everyone that I have had the worst customer service ever!!! Yet again instead of trying to make the situation better they place blame, they are arrogant and rude. I guess they fail to realize that they are in the customer service industry. LOL funny how they tell us they work for the company and they talk bad about a current residents concerns! Great job guys!!
