I have been renting here for about 4 months. I would not reccomend this to anyone with small children. We had problems from move in on day one. The apartment still had washer and dryer in the unit. We had to move them ourselves. Which ment we had to pay our movers and extra 30min of labor. They could not find our paperwork even though we had signed the lease a week prior to our schedule move in on a sat. So had to wait about 30-45min before we could borrow the keys to begin our move in. They did comp us an extra carport parking, however never bothered to have management approve it and began charging us for it. The free breakfast was moved from 7am to 7:15am so the children who catch the bus in the morning wouldn't be able to eat it. They also do not allow you to park your bike in the bike rack under the stairs, so you will have to carry your bike up to your apartment and store it in there. The other thing is that people DO NOT clean up after their pets there is dog poop all over the grounds. I have to walk through the grass to get to my designated parking spot and dodge the poop. Also I have neighbors that spit all over the stairs and I must dodge huge luggies. My 7 year old daughter has stepped in them a few times. They also leave ciggarete butts on the stairs as well. There is a couple of nice staff members in the front office. However the manager never smiles or greets you. The inside of the apartment is nice. I just would not recommend to anyone who has a family.

Apartments are not for families you are right about that. and if your kid wants breakfast, cook for her that is why she has a mother for. I brought my own washer dryer as well and they were removed before i moved in. If they haden't been i would have called maintenance to move them, like a smart person and not PAID the movers. not a smart review of this place

Apartments are not for families? Then why do they come in 3, and sometimes 4, bedrooms? Apartments are for couples and families who don't want to bother with the things that come with being a homeowner (yardwork, repairs inside and outside, insurance, home owner associations, TAXES, etc)

For the first commenter,, you didn???t finish high school did you? To be complete without book smarts or street smarts! how horrible is that!! For the washer and drier comment, how are you suppose to move your washer and drier in when maintenance cant be summoned immediately to move the ones that are there? This mother is smart to use the free food service for its convenience and no cost to her, It shows that she has street smarts. I???m sure she makes sure her kid is fed in the mornings without this service. It goes to show that this is not a kid friendly place when they make a move like that! there is no playground for them as well. The staff was very nice to me, but I???m glad we moved out!
