One of the nicest looking places in the Plano/Allen area, but defects abound as well as a terrible bug/cricket problem. The girls in the office are very friendly, but do not make the mistake of thinking that they have any power! Get everything in writing and do not trust them. The rent is waaay too high for the area. Look in North Plano for better deals on similar apts, they may not have granite, but you will save hundreds per month. Carports cost extra (25/mo) and the "carwash" is a hose at the very back of the complex.
Also lots of noise and light from the Exchange side, so avoid that if you can. You can hear everything your neighbor above you does, and your neighbor below you will hate you too. Fo the cost- not worth it.
