beautiful ,yes ,yes but watch out! they have rats,can you believe it'and they offer you a free month but when you move out they charge you to replace the carpet .
We lived there for a year,always paying on time and the carpet has the normal tear and wear but $ 800 bill for the carpet!!! it was a surprise, soooo they charged me the first month free.

Please tell me your kidding and that you had a pet you didnt pay the Apt for, living with you that pissed and shat everywhere. It was just too obvious that an animale destroyed the carpet enough for them to charge you for it,,,, come on,,,,you know you did it.

No, I would not doubt that the apartments charged her unfairly. It would be like the manager to do that...and I wouldn't doubt it if the previous response came from the manager himself! Along with every other positive comment on this page as well!
