This is a great place to live if you like the following amenities:
Walls so thin you can hear your neighbors farting (for real)
Constant noise and banging from upstairs neighbors. Can hear their phone ring, them talking on it, etc, unless my tv is on. The only time there's any "peace" is when my tv is up so loud I can't hear the noise from the neighbors on all sides.
Laying in bed at night and listening to the guy next door coughing as he lays in his bed. Gives the place a nice cheap hotel feel...
Children running and screaming at all hours
Dog poop everywhere. You have to step in it, over it, around it. The grounds keeper picks up the trash but ignores the poop. Gives the place a nice stench...
Rats (outside only so far)
An office staff that just blows you off & tells you anything just to get rid of you.
Yes, I love it here. These are just the amenities I dreamed of when I was looking for a new apartment.

I agree with the noise. thats it. All office staff is annoying and are never there to work for you, because they get paid regardless. But they haven't been that bad. there is no smell of crap that i have ever smelled. and i have NEVER seen a rat, but i have seen lots of rabbits.

I have not heard too much noise, but I have to agree that the complex manager is the biggest jerk I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Not to mention the fact that you have to park practically a block away from your apartment...which is great when you have five cars being broken into in one night and a bunch of thugs moving into the apartments next door.
