The property is nice and far better than my previous apartment. I completely agree with everyone about the noise, i have lost many of hours of sleep due to my lead footed neighbors upstairs. I would recommend getting a third floor apartment. Plus the gate are a joke half the time on the weekend they are left open and a few weeks ago there were about 5 cars broken into. Allen is a great place to live...but i wish i have gotten a house vs. this apartment. All i have to say is that they sure know how to stage a veiwing here at the Heights when you are looking at it for the first time they are really nice then after that they dont care.

completely agree! I always wondered why they even have a gate..it serves no purpose but for looks!

thats everywhere though in apartments. Of course your going to hear someone if your on the first or second floor duh. I have never see the gate open for weeks they are a joke i agree but never open for weeks. They leave the open sometimes for the guys who mow. I moved in months ago and they treat me great....

yeah my nice apartment...has turned in to a hell hole.obiviously the other person who just moved in cant read properly,lol gates left open for weeks..didnt say that...what a dumbass....well you know they have to have a gate for looks it is allen..you know, lol...so ready to get out of my lease

Avoid like the plague! I completely agree with this...just run for your life is all I have to say. Don't be fooled by the nice apartment and 'friendly' staff when you are about to sign the lease. Oh! And don't leave anything out in your car.
