This apartment complex is over priced for the Allen area. We have had constant complaints about our neighbors upstairs. Too loud and asked them to quite down but no results!!
The management SUCKS!!!
Eric tells you things that he doesn't even know and never keeps his promise!! He gets a way with so much and should be fired!! He gives you un-delivered promises!!
Kelley...is so stuck up and rude in front of you and on the phone. I can't see how anyone would give her a job!!

eric has always helped me right away. Sounds like your having a bad time and experience sorry you feel disappointed here. When you choose to live in an apartment instead of a house loud noise is usually common with upstairs neighbors. I suggest moving to the third floor.
