I am currently living in this complex and was ready to move out after the first week. Atleast once a month my pipes burst in the walls and they cave in. After weeks of begging mgmt to come and fix the problem I am left with a repair job on the wall that looks like the stucco on the outside of the bldg. My kids are scared to go near it.

This place is aweful. Between the mold, water leaking under the CHEAP tile and no hot water (in the apts or laundry room, there is even a sign posted), I HATE THIS PLACE!!

I have not met one person who lives here that has anything good to say. And I am not going overboard when I say that there are people moving out all the time. Most of the apts here are vacant.

So if you are looking to move in here, be prepared for all the problems that come with it. Bugs, water leaks, cheap carpet, cheap tile and holes in your walls that you can climb into. And most of all you must have patience because even though only a small precent of the apts are occupied, maintenance apparently is kept busy working on the few that are...in other words, be prepared to wait because they are not going to be in any hurry to help you. Come out and ask around the complex, I bet you will change your mind about moving into this dump!
