Wildwood Village

If your thinking of moving to this apartment complex, DON'T. The maintenance is terrible, nobody cares, and your complaints fall on deaf ears.
I have lived in this complex on and off for 15 years. When I first moved here the rent on a 1 bedroom was $350.00 per month. They were the apartments to be in, only because they had no compatition. Today, you cannot get the time of day from the Office Staff. They just do not seem to care. I moved in in February and my apartment had to have partial replacement of the floor in the dining area. Today, there is a dent in my floor because they could not spend another $20.00 on a bag of cement. I paid for 2 bags myself, just to get it completed. They laid brand new carpet over the dent in my dining area. If the city ever came in here, they would condem the place. People live in unbelievable conditions.My rent for the 1 bedroom apartment today is $695.00. Terrible price to pay to live in the slums. I do not know why anybody would live or want to live in these apartments. The management company is getting fat, but nobody else is. Please save yourself a lot of heart ache and stay far away from this apartment.
