I find it interesting that one would assume "a couple of people" are "ganging up" on this complex.

I have lived here for a handful of years and have seen nothing but deterioration of the complex as a whole.

I have spoken with multiple tenants and we all are displeased with how bad things have gotten.

I have witnessed many of my neighbors move out, and very very few move in.

If Wildwood were such a great place to live it wouldn't have 3 to 6 empty units per building.

I agree one could do a lot worse than Wildwood.
Perhaps a mosquito infested swamp.
But wait, you'll have that when it rains.
Maybe a garbage strewn dump.
nope, you'll have that too.
What about a leaking, mold ridden, uninhabitable pigsty.
Yes, you'll have this as well.

Yes, you could do worse than Wildwood, but at thier rental rates I expect much better.
