They've stolen my deposit

I moved here roughly 2 years ago, and honestly it's one of biggest mistakes I've ever made.
For the duration of my lease, the patio door, and back window have been unsecured because the locks on both were broken.
As a single woman in this most unsafe haven of filth and mold I find it very disturbing that it took calling the out of state owner, and threatening with building and health inspectors to get these issues resolved.
When I fist moved in I brought it to managements' attention that my tub was moldy and in terrible condition. They told me they would reseal it which would stop the spread of the mildew.
It took only one shower to find that what they had actually done was PAINT the tub with off-white latex paint. The paint pealed like a banana revealing the mold they had left behind.
The refridgerator had water that would drip throughout and then mold not only the appliance itself, but the groceries I had in it.
I again complained repeatedly and was ignored. This too was an issue that went unresolved until I called and informed the owner.
The building I live in has significant foundation problems that cause enormous cracks in the walls that are patched and left unpainted. The walls are two-tone, adding to the ambience and slum effect overall. The foundation goes unrepaired and I was recently informed by management that the foundation cannot and will not be repaired.
Finally, when I moved in I made the office aware that I have a dog. I paid the pet deposit, and also introduced the staff to my dog as all pets that are larger than a small cat are required to pass a "pet interview". It is noted on my original lease as well as my lease renewal that I have a dog. I pay 10 additional dollars per month to have my dog because according to the office she is "a resident."
When I made my latest call to the owner and management regarding issues and demanding out of my lease due to the unresolved problems including raoches, spiders, fire ants, and MOLD in the walls and throughout the building, I was told that I was hiding a dog and owed fines and a pet deposit.
SO, not only are they unresponsive to issues on the property, they are thieves!!!
