When reading the comments on any apartment community please remember that there are two sides to every story. Usually the person is disgruntled because management did not allow them out of a lease or agree to demands that are not allowed by the lease contract. I have lived at Wildwood for over 6 months now and have seen the exterior painted, landscaping improved, and many items repaired. I am not above being critical when things are deserved, but calling an apartment a death trap just hit me wrong. It is very easy to post anything on the web and no one has the ability to check the validity. Check out the property for yourself, you may or may not like it but it is not what most of the reviews here say it is.
