I have lived in the complex for three years now. I have seen lots of improvement but as of late the place has become rather un-inviting. There has been an increase in unsavory renters moving in with in my opinion drug problems. Also there has been an increase in crime such as vehicle burglaries which I feel is tied to the new people moving in. Also recently one of the tenants had a convicted sexual predator living there that was not on the lease. The management did promptly ask them to leave but and provided a notice to the community but it gave an eerily unsafe feel to the place. I do not plan on renewing my lease this time.
