This place is really in the middle of nowhere if you work downtown or in another part of the metroplex other than right near here. The traffic on 75 is generally horrible in this area.
Other than that, I had no bad experiences in this place. I did have an ant problem, but it was more my fault than the apartment place's. I have never had a problem with maintenance and they have always had an acceptable response time for problems. My A/C stopped working 2 or 3 times in the summer and it was fixed within half a week each time it happened.
The people in the office are friendly.
Parking was not covered, and there is sometimes a problem with kids running around in the parking lot, but overall the parking situation was fine.
There are not many young people (other than small children) in the complex to create a noise problem.
