I have lived here going on 2 years and would not reccommend it. While at most times it is quiet there are other times however that kids are all over the place causing all types of commotion and being rowdy and no parents are in sight. I tell the management about this and instead of saying OK I'll talk to the parents I get "Well not much we can do." which I find to be untrue. The management is just how do I say this a joke!!!!!!!!! Nothing ever gets fixed around here and when it does finally, my 6 year old could've done a better job. Everything is old and outdated and appliances are breaking down left and right and it's almost impossible to get a new one. I bet however the managements apartments are nice and nothing is ever broken there. And also the rent increases are really just totally outrageous and really not worth the $$$ for the place your getting. It's gotten so bad I'm tring to find the property management to complain about the living situation and most importantly the horrible and immature management and complete office staff, as well as the city of Allen.

The management company is Accolade Management in Dallas. Be care complaining, because we are trying to get a letter of reference from Wildwood Village and because we reported them several times, they have given us bad reference letters to be spiteful. Says we are complainers and troublemakers. We are very upset about this.

In my experience with the office this one seems to be just if not more untrue than the last.
