I lived there for 2 years. The manager never tried to help us. Our AC was broken for 3 months and she never tried to help us repair it. Our guest sink was leaking and they never came to replace it. It was horrible. They seem to help out those who work there and live in the apartments but when it came down to those who paid to live in these apartments.... they did nothing! Also, the foundation in our apartment was giving... we had stress cracks, our floor was unlevel and our ceiling was cracking.
DO NOT MOVE IN!!

JOKE! No way this happend at Wildwood Village. You must have it confused with another place. Management and maintenance are top shelf and sure the community is an older one but it is VERY well maintained and I am proud to call it home.
