This complex has a mind of its own. Owned by an individual who lets a staff of inadequate management make up the rules as they go. Trash pick up is limited to between 7am and 8am. If you do otherwise, they will fine you. Rude and harrassing, they will stick you with a bill when you leave there for damages you did not do. Beware! Run down, yet priced like a new complex. Contstant problems with pool, hot tub, and plumbing. If you dont have one of their HUGE parking stickers they will stick things on your window that takes hours to peel off. Tell your friends to park in visitor or else! (Although occupancy is so low here that parking is ample, you cant park just anywhere. I would search elsewhere if I were you. Last Resort!!
