the management is horrible. They lie straight faced to you. If you want your car dented or broken into live here. The foundation is cracked and flooding of the apartments is always a problem. Maintance will only come out if your hole apt. is flooded, otherwise forget it. The noise level is outrageous. There are so many kids who shouldn't be able to even get an apt. having parties and playing bass in the parking lot all through the night and week!! Also if you think you are saving money on electric by living in an apt. your not here. There is no insulation and just to keep it comfortable in your apt. your bill will run you at least $200 a month. Lastly, if you would like to take a hot shower go somewhere else. The warm water gets ice cold in about ten minutes. I would not live here again if it were free!
