Must really enjoy other people?s kids to live here.... they run all over the place and at all hours of the day and night... NO RESPECT FOR ANYTHING. The toilet broke on a monthly basis and we had a major mold problem in the guest bath. Good luck with Hot water in the shower - it was a hit or miss if you could make it through a shower or not. Never rec?d any return phone calls from management. For a new complex you?d think they?d care more. Security gates were a big joke - if they weren?t open for all to come and go they were broke. My car was broke into twice in the year I lived here.... and when I moved out they conveniently lost any records that I paid my pet deposit. I would not live here again if this was the only place left to live in Allen.
