After 5 years here I am finally leaving - this place was nice when I first moved here - it has gone down hill and I see no improvement. Everytime you turn around there is new management and the Residients never know what is going on, the back pool as been closed for months with no reasonable excuse. The maintenence people where told to replace my dishwasher by the inspection people about 4 months ago, I have not heard a word from the office regarding this.
The place is always trashing - they keep the front looking nice, but the grounds need a lot of work.

I have heard of a lot of people moving from here and a lot of people that want to move from here and a lot of people breaking their lease to get away from here.

I hope that for anyone that moves here that the management that is here now, improves on the place - these could be nice apartments if they put the time and effort into it.

Since August, I think the management has done a GREAT job getting things together. Everything is being painted, the grounds are always clean, trash is picked up on time, and everyone in the office is friendly and knows who you are. I must also add that this property has the best maintenance anywhere! I've lived in a lot of communities and I can promise you that Donald and his staff are excellent. If you have any problems, they will be taken care of quickly and promptly.
